Follow-Through

Why Acute Tactics Exists

Acute Tactics was created after years of watching community clinics, nonprofits, and small businesses carry heavy operational burdens without access to the same caliber of support larger organizations receive. Our founders asked why those doing the most critical work had the least help, then built a firm specifically to close that gap.

Practitioners, Not Just Advisors

Our team has lived the roles we now support, including operations managers in crisis, analysts buried in spreadsheets, and project leads steering complex EHR and automation work. That background keeps our recommendations grounded, specific, and realistic for stretched teams that cannot afford theory without clear next steps.

A People-Centered Way To Fix Operations

We design work around where your people create the most value, then address process issues before recommending any new tool. Workflow audits, implementation roadmaps, and ongoing guidance are structured one workflow at a time, which reduces disruption, protects jobs, and makes improvement feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

Built On Equity And Access

As a Black-owned and female-owned firm, we center diversity, inclusion, and community impact in how we work and who we serve. Our pricing, engagement structure, and fully virtual delivery model are designed so grant-funded, margin-tight organizations can access enterprise-grade operational support with clear expectations and low risk.
